Departure by jeeps to Ludar and Obbo Capes, safari on buggies and ATVs.

Ludar Cape is a picturesque mountain rising above Baikal. A Neolithic settlement was discovered here, dating back approximately 4000 BCE. At the top of the cape are stone fortresses, which, according to legends, are remnants of an ancient Mongolian stronghold.

Royal picnic by the Residence’s chef on a secluded Baikal shore.

Return to the Residence by premium-class vehicles or buggies.

Cruise on the Fairline Phantom 40 yacht to Yarki Island, beach relaxation, swimming in Baikal, jet ski and speedboat rides.

Yarki is a sandy spit 19 km long, located at the northernmost point of Baikal. Warm Baikal wind, sunshine, beautiful tanning, and breathtaking mountain views await you.

You can reach the island in two ways: by yacht from the Residence pier (40 minutes) directly to the camp set up on the sandy shore, or by jeep to the northernmost point of Baikal (also about 40 minutes), then a short walk to the camp.

This location is perfect for swimming, as the water is shallow and warms up quickly. The best activities on Yarki include jet skiing and speedboat rides, as well as beach volleyball and badminton.

At the end of the adventure, enjoy a luxurious outdoor lunch by the chef on a secluded beach with mesmerizing views of Baikal.

Cruise by yacht to the Kotelnikovsky hot springs.

Immerse yourself in the waters of the hottest spring in Baikal! The source temperature reaches 81°C, making it unsuitable for drinking but perfect for external use, helping with many ailments and strengthening the body’s defenses. There are two pools at the spring with water at 40°C and 32°C.

Return to the Residence, rest, bath, and spa program.

Fishing on the “PIRANHA” aeroboat on the Tiya mountain river.

Begin your journey by jeep from the Residence, then continue upstream on the “PIRANHA” aeroboat. The trip will take approximately 2–3 hours with stops for mushroom picking and fishing. Activities include extreme recreation, fishing, landscape photography, and exploring untouched wilderness. Return downstream on the boat.

Return to the Residence, rest, bath, and spa program.

Departure by yacht from the Residence pier to Ayaya Bay.

The journey begins from the Baikal Residence pier toward Boguchan Island. Boguchan is an uninhabited scenic rock island, home to the largest seagull nesting area on Baikal. Next, we head to the sandy beach of Ayaya Bay, perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear waters of Baikal.

Hike to Frolikha Lake along a trail (6 km, approximately 1.5–2 hours).

Then continue along the trail through pristine taiga to the beautiful Frolikha Lake. Here, on the shore of this ancient glacial lake, we set up camp. Guests enjoy a royal outdoor lunch, swimming in the lake, and catamaran rides. The highlight of the route is a mountain waterfall, whose power and beauty can be admired endlessly.

Departure by yacht to the Khakusy hot springs.

We depart from the Baikal Residence pier on an elegant yacht. The beautiful and leisurely cruise across Baikal to the Khakusy natural resort takes approximately 40 minutes.

The thermal spring is located in a pine forest. The walk from the shore takes about 10 minutes — the silence of the ancient forest sets the mood for connection with pristine nature and relaxation.

The water temperature of the spring is +47°C. Bathing in it provides the body with a huge number of beneficial elements, relaxes, and positively affects the health of the skin, joints, and the endocrine system. After bathing and a chef-prepared outdoor lunch, we return to the Residence.

During the entire stay, children’s animators will work according to a specially prepared program.

Adventures that can be included in your program are always available: jet skiing, quad biking, buggy rides, jeep excursions, yacht trips, cycling and horseback rides, as well as clay pigeon shooting and crossbow shooting.

Masters of our SPA complex will create a unique rejuvenation and wellness program for you. Upon request, we can also develop an exclusive detox program, which, in addition to SPA treatments, will include physical exercises and a personalized nutrition plan.
