Feel like an explorer and step into a living museum of ancient times, surrounded by pristine, untouched nature—this is the experience offered by an exciting trip to Cape Ludar. This small mountain descends to Baikal in natural terraces. One of its main attractions is a Neolithic settlement, dated by scientists to around 4000 BCE. Another fascinating site on the cape is the stone fortresses located at the summit. According to local legends, these fortresses are the remains of an ancient Mongolian stronghold.

To explore the cape, expedition vehicles with experienced guides and instructors will be waiting for you by the lake, along with a comfortable camp equipped with a Siberian banya. Everyone will find something to enjoy—riding buggies, hiking through gorges and slopes, swimming in the waters of Baikal, or simply relaxing in perfect silence. At the end of the visit, we prepare a delicious meal featuring exquisite Siberian delicacies.

The journey to Cape Ludar departs from the Residence in comfortable Toyota LC 200 vehicles. The scenic drive takes approximately 40 minutes.

The captivating waters of Lake Baikal leave no one indifferent. Experience the full power and energy of the lake on one of our signature adventures—a water expedition by yacht and jet skis to Boguchan Island.

Departing from the Residence pier, we explore the bays of Onokochan, Slyudyansk, and Boguchan aboard high-speed boats and jet skis. Each bay has its own character: some feature rugged rocky slopes and stone shores, while others offer gentle sandy beaches shaded by majestic cedar trees.

The journey culminates at the rocky Boguchan Island, a mysterious place home to nesting seagulls and cormorants—the island’s true rulers. We’ll climb to the island’s summit for breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline and Lake Baikal’s vast expanse.

For those who prefer a more leisurely experience and maximum comfort, the adventure can also be enjoyed aboard the elegant Phantom Fairline 40 yacht. At the end of the excursion, a lunch of exquisite Siberian delicacies awaits.

As is well known, 336 rivers flow into Lake Baikal, each carrying its waters from the depths of the earth and mountain peaks to the great lake. On this adventure, we explore one of the most dynamic and scenic rivers of Northern Baikal—the Tyya River.

Our journey begins at the Residence pier aboard a specially designed “Piranha” hovercraft. Gliding over the waters of Baikal, we enter the mouth of the Tyya and make our way upstream. The river is crystal clear, allowing you to see every stone on the riverbed. Along the way, forest inhabitants curiously watch from the banks, and a rich variety of bird species fills the skies.

Several stops along the route offer the chance for fishing, as the Tyya is famous for its delicious grayling. Afterward, enjoy a traditional fisherman's lunch of freshly caught fish, prepared as a hearty soup over an open fire on a picturesque riverbank.

In summer, Lake Baikal transforms into a Siberian Riviera: abundant sunshine, secluded sandy beaches, and wide-open spaces… Perfect for a cruise to Yarki Islands, swimming, and sunbathing. Yarki is an 11 km long spit separating Baikal from the Angarsky Sor, and it marks the northernmost point of the lake.

The journey begins at the Residence pier. Adventurers ready to conquer Baikal’s waves can take powerful jet skis and speedboats, while those seeking a comfortable transfer will enjoy the yacht.

Along the way, in addition to the stunning Siberian scenery, you’ll see Severobaikalsk and the legendary BAM railway from the water. On the sandy shore, a camp with a siberian banya awaits.

The water here warms to its maximum temperature, perfect for swimming.

Guests can enjoy volleyball, badminton, fishing in the Angarsky Sor, and rides on jet skis, boats, and SUP boards. During a royal outdoor lunch, savor Siberian culinary delights prepared by the Residence chefs.

Northern Baikal is famous for its thermal springs. Bathing in their healing waters rejuvenates the body, enhances beauty and health, and brings joy to the soul.
Let’s set off on a cruise to the unique and incredibly picturesque Kotelnikovsky Cape, home to the eponymous hot spring. The

Kotelnikovsky Springs are the hottest on Baikal, reaching +81°C. For comfortable bathing, two pools have been prepared with milder temperatures: +40°C and +32°C. The water is rich in fluoride and not suitable for drinking, but perfect for bathing thanks to its sodium-bicarbonate composition, which cleanses and rejuvenates the skin, boosts immunity, and supports the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

The journey to the cape is made by luxury yacht, taking approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. We’ll sail south along Baikal’s coasts and bays, passing the seagull breeding grounds at Boguchan Island.

Upon arrival, guests can stroll along the Kurkula mountain river and enjoy its breathtaking views. After a refreshing dip in the springs, we recommend savoring an authentic Buryat Buchler accompanied by forest delicacies prepared by the Residence’s chef.

Fresh, pure air, the scent of pine, cedar, and juniper, mountain views, and complete silence… The Khakusy Hot Springs, which never freeze, are nestled in a fairy-tale location on the northeastern shore of Lake Baikal. The walk from the shore takes just 10 minutes — a gentle stroll through a dense pine forest, perfectly setting the mood for relaxation and connection with untouched nature.

The “living” mineral waters of Khakusy are rich in beneficial elements, making bathing extremely beneficial for the skin, cardiovascular system, and endocrine function. The water temperature remains constant at +47°C year-round, helping improve joint mobility and relieve muscle tension.

Guests travel from the Residence pier by yacht, crossing Baikal from the western to the eastern shore, visiting the Ayya Bay — “beautiful” in Evenki. And it truly lives up to its name: white sandy beaches, azure waters, towering forested mountains… If lucky, you may spot a nerpa seal colony.
Finally, we reach the Khakusy springs, where guests can immerse themselves in thermal waters and conclude the adventure with a gourmet lakeside lunch on the shores of Baikal.

A true gem of our routes — a journey to the mountain lake Frolikha. This spot is rightly considered one of the most beautiful on Baikal: the crystal-clear surface of an ancient glacial lake, a sandy beach, pure air, and majestic mountain peaks still capped with snow even in summer. A waterfall adds a dramatic touch — a display of untamed power that energizes anyone brave enough to stand under the icy streams cascading from the cliff.

The journey begins aboard the Phairline Phantom 40 yacht, crossing to the opposite shore from the Residence. In Ayya Bay, guests disembark for an eco-trail leading to the lake — 6 km, approximately 1.5 hours, immersed in spectacular wilderness. After admiring the lake’s breathtaking beauty, the excursion continues by catamaran, reaching a beach where guests can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy stand-up paddleboarding. On the sandy beach, with stunning mountain views, a luxury outdoor lunch prepared by the Residence’s chef awaits.
